Sponsors must carry insurance.  Neither MADC nor The Westin Annapolis maintains insurance to cover Exhibitors’ property or liability claims. Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless MADC, The Westin Annapolis, and any employees or officers of the same against any liability arising from any and all damage or personal injury caused by or to the Exhibitor or agents thereof.

Requests for cancellations must be directed to MADC in writing by
October 15, 2014.

Sponsor Meals: All sponsors receive breakfast, lunch and snacks for one representative on both Monday and Tuesday. If additional representatives would like to participate in the conference, please see the fee schedule on the registration form.

Package Shipping Details: The hotel has limited storage space and is not able to accommodate large shipments. Boxes sent will be subject to a $6 fee per box and may only be received after October 27.
